Howdy y’all, and welcome to Wild Wild Westie! Here are the instructions on how to get from the Hyatt hotel to Harvest Hall. You got a few was to get there:
1) The Hyatt shuttle to the TexRail train station in Terminal B to Harvest hall. Once at the TexRail, buy a ticket and ride the train to Grapevine/Main street station where you should see Harvest hall after moseying accross the railroad tracks. This should cost $5 per person. A few things to note:
a. There are multiple shuttles leaving the Hyatt, please confirm that you are on the one to Terminal B going to the TexRail with your driver
b. You can download an app called GoPass to buy your ticket(s) and keep up to date with the train schedule. Please review the train schedules so you know when the trains will be heading back to where you need to meet the shuttle and plan accordingly
c. You will need to call the Hyatt at 972-453-1234 to ask for the shuttle to pick you up when you are returning to the hotel. The shuttle does run 24 hours, but you will still need to give them a holler when you want to be picked up. The Hyatt is in terminal C
2) The Grapevine Green Route Shuttle. While this is a free option, it is less frequent and only runs till 7 PM on July 4th. Therefore, you will likely need to rustle up a different ride back to the hotel, so please plan accordingly
3) Ride shares: Round up some friends, pick your favorite app, and hitch a ride
4) Drive and park: If you decide this is the route for you, self-parkin’ is free up to 90 minutes and just $1 every hour after that according to their website. There is also valet parkin’ at Hotel Vin
Thank y’all! Enjoy Wild Wild Westie!!!
