Wild Wild Westie Values
Wild Wild Westie is committed to creating a diverse environment where all people are treated equitably with dignity, courtesy and respect.
Each of us is unique and contributes to the community by the differences in who we are, what we've experienced, and how we think. For some, it means summoning the courage to stand up and speak out, sharing opinions or experiences. For others, it means listening with patience and empathy, creating an environment conducive to dialogue. For all of us, it means asking questions, respecting answers, being open to fresh perspectives, and most importantly, appreciating one another's contributions to the community.
We believe our community is strongest when we embrace these principles as we work and dance together to make our vision a reality.
Shared Community Responsibility Agreement
Wild Wild Westie believes in shared community responsibility. We, as an event, are committed to protecting the SAFETY of every attendee. “Shared” means that our community members also share in this responsibility to help uphold the safety of their fellow community members.
